PROMOTIONAL REQUESTS AT FISHERS UMC
BEFORE YOUR MAKE YOUR REQUEST:
*Make sure you have allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished. Promotions are typically run for 4 weeks to reach the entire congregation. We ask that you submit your request 4 weeks out from your event date to make sure that there is no other event/drive/program happening at the same time that may conflict with your request.
We will do all we can to accommodate dates for collection drives, but if there are several other drives going on during the proposed dates, we may suggest another time frame.
PLEASE NOTE: As a way to boost your drive, we are asking that a representative of your promotion be present on Sundays to answer questions, build awareness, etc.
